Refund & Return Policy – Asli Soghat

At Asli Soghat, we take pride in delivering fresh, pure, and high-quality products. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Returns or Replacements

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged or leaking upon delivery

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product packaging is tampered or severely damaged

To be eligible, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.


2. Conditions for Return/Refund Approval

To process your request, you must provide:

  • Clear photos or video of the damaged or incorrect product

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.)

  • The product must be unused and in original condition (for wrong item cases)

Requests without evidence cannot be processed.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Change of mind

  • Taste preference issues

  • Delays caused by courier companies

  • Sale/discounted items (unless damaged)


4. Refund Options

If your return request is approved, you may choose one of the following:

  • Replacement product

  • Store credit / coupon

  • Refund (processed only in verified cases)

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued through:

  • Bank Transfer

  • Easypaisa / JazzCash
    Processing time: 3–7 working days after approval.


5. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before dispatch.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

If the order cannot be delivered due to:

  • Wrong address provided

  • Incomplete contact details

  • Customer not responding to the courier

The shipping fee (if any) will not be refunded, and reshipping charges may apply.


7. Damaged Parcel Received

If the delivery package appears damaged or tampered:

  • Do not accept the parcel

  • Ask the courier to return it

  • Inform us immediately with photos/videos

We will send a replacement once verified.
